There are a ton of scientific articles about the benefits of keto, but haven't found one about the health risks yet.. What I have seen though are people who took 10 years to get fat, but refuse to take a week to learn about keto. They jump in without knowing anything, eat crappy substitute foods and maintain a stupidly high deficit for a week, feel like shit and then blame it on the diet.
